These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jtgcapitalgroup.com (the “Site”) and the services and communications offered by JTG Capital Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

JTG Capital Group LLC is a property buying company based in Nashville, Tennessee. We buy houses and land across Middle Tennessee directly from owners. Our mailing address and phone number are listed in Section 11.

2. Text Messaging (SMS) and Phone Program Terms

2.1 Program description

When you submit a form on the Site, you may choose to opt in to one or both of the following programs from JTG Capital Group LLC:

Each opt-in is voluntary. The consent checkboxes on our form are unchecked by default, and you may submit the form without checking either one. Consent to receive text messages or calls is not a condition of purchasing or selling any property, receiving an offer, or using any of our services.

2.2 How to opt in

You opt in by checking the applicable consent box on our form and submitting it, or by texting or calling us and asking to receive messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

2.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your interactions with us.

2.4 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

2.5 How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from JTG Capital Group LLC at that number. If you would also like us to stop calling you, tell us during a call or contact us using the information in Section 11. You can rejoin at any time by submitting our form again or by texting us to request messages.

2.6 How to get help (HELP)

2.7 Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability. Our messaging program is intended for mobile numbers on major U.S. carriers; availability may vary by carrier.

2.8 Your responsibilities

You agree to notify us if you change, deactivate, or give up the mobile number you provided so that we do not send messages to someone else. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies to your account.

2.9 Privacy of your mobile information

Your mobile phone number, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

3. Offers and Transactions

Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only and is not an offer to purchase any property. Any offer we make is subject to our review of the property and is binding only when set out in a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. We may decline to make an offer on any property at our discretion. Any price, estimate, or range we discuss is not an appraisal and should not be relied on as one. You should consult your own legal, tax, and financial advisors before entering into any transaction.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when you submit a form or contact us, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Site or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to JTG Capital Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as our website host, form processing, and messaging platform. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTG Capital Group LLC and its members, managers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our communications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently revised. Continued use of the Site or continued participation in our messaging program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
