Our commitment on mobile information: your mobile phone number and your text-messaging (SMS) consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

- Transactional or conversational communications: text messages and phone calls from JTG Capital Group LLC related to your real estate inquiry, such as property details, responses to your questions, and appointment confirmations.
- Marketing communications: text messages and phone calls from JTG Capital Group LLC including property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing.

The sharing described in Section 5 below excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business and serve your inquiry:
- Service providers that act on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform, website hosting, and form processing. They may use your information only to deliver services to us, and they are not permitted to use your mobile number or consent for their own marketing.
